This curry is made by stewing vegetables and chicken for more than 2 hours. Our Nepalese staff originaly blends about 20 kinds of spices and herbs to reproduce the taste of his mother.
 
 Our specialty curry has a perfect balance of spiciness and lingering taste. There are many repeaters and many customers who come to our store just to try this curry.
 
 It goes well with Japanese rice so you can enjoy it with your own rice. Of course, we also recommend authentic basmati rice, Thai rice or millet rice.

 We do not use any chemical seasonings.
